Rebecca A. Malouin, Ph.D., M.P.H., M.S.

Dr. Malouin is Director of the online Master of Science and Graduate Certificate in Global Health and Associate Professor in Family and Community Medicine. She also serves as the Director of Research in the Institute for Global Health. For the past year, she has co-led the Faculty Learning Community “Charting the Future of Online Graduate Education,” funded by the Academic Advancement Network, facilitating discussions with leadership, faculty and staff of online graduate programs on topics related to student support, faculty support, curricular design, marketing and recruitment, and program administration. She has previously designed and taught online courses for the University of Michigan School of Public Health and Walden University. Dr. Malouin completed her Ph.D. and M.P.H. in International Health at Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. in Epidemiology as a post-doctoral fellow, funded by the National Institutes of Health, at Michigan State University.
