Although many students and faculty experience video in their daily lives, most people only have basic skills in video production. This research project examines how to design a video-review platform in order to maximize the value of peer feedback on instructors’ course videos and students’ video-essay assignments.  The overarching goal of this research is to facilitate high-quality video-based instruction and active engagement in large and/or online classes that don’t rely on formal training in video production.
