Kacey Collins

James Madison

Kacey is a new member to the Student Innovation Team. She is in her first year of James

Madison College with the intent to study Social Relations and Policy. Kacey is interested in

going to law school to study civil rights law. Advocating for underrepresented groups of people

is very important to her. She loves working in collaborative environments because to her,

different perspectives of life make things interesting. She excels in remaining focused on goals

and working with teams. Outside of school, Kacey is an avid reader, music enthusiast, and

overall goofball. Through SIT this year, Kacey hopes to improve her research skills and to

participate in designing a forum that could make MSU a more inclusive space for students.
