#iteachmsu Twitter Chat
January 18, 2017
12:00 – 1:00 pm

The Association of American Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) defines inclusive learning spaces as environments where “active, intentional, and ongoing engagement with diversity” occurs “in ways that increase awareness, content knowledge, cognitive sophistication, and empathetic understanding of how complex individuals interact within systems and institutions.” Our first chat of the new year will provide opportunities to share resources, crowdsource ideas, and strategize ways to create inclusive learning spaces as you begin the semester. Bring your lunch and join us! Or, if you can’t make it in person, join us digitally by searching for#iteachmsu on Twitter.

Never participated in a Twitter Chat? Don’t worry! Get there at 11:45am for a quick orientation. And we’ll have people on hand across the experience to support you!
